Cannabis social clubs
At Legal 4-20 we offer you our advisory and consulting services for the creation of Cannabis Associations and Cannabis Social Clubs.
They are non-profit Associations, integrated by cannabis consumer members. These Associations are protected by the Supreme Court’s doctrine of the atypical nature of shared consumption. In addition, the Cannabis Social Clubs are constituted based on the Fundamental Right of Associations that is expressly provided for in our Constitution (Article 22) and in the Organic Law 1/2002 of Associations.
For Legal 4-20 it is essential that those who want to initiate these projects have a clear understanding of the current legal situation prior to their start-up, especially considering the lack of specific regulation of these entities.
From Legal 4 -20, we set up your CSC and accompany you in all the phases of creation, providing you with effective and comprehensive advice from the first meeting, so that from the beginning you have a dynamic and complete vision that gives you the necessary legal security for the creation of your project.
